Dear Customer, G.A.TEA will never request your financial account or credit card information via SMS or phone call under any pretext or reason, nor will it ask you to visit a bank branch or operate an ATM through such methods. If you receive any such calls or SMS messages, please be vigilant and do not trust any unknown caller instructions. If you have any doubts, please contact G.A.TEA immediately or call the National Police Agency's 165 anti-fraud hotline for verification. When you receive calls from unknown numbers starting with "+", "+2", or "+886", please be extra vigilant and be wary of callers spoofing phone numbers or impersonating specific companies, banks, or judicial authorities. Do not click on unknown links, LINE friend invitations, or SMS messages from unfamiliar people. Common scams include "repeated orders" and "mistakenly setting up installment payments" to gain the trust of consumers and then request them to perform online banking or ATM operations. If the call concerns your bank account, please contact the bank directly. If the call asks you to operate any accounts or provide any information, please refuse to comply to reduce the risk of fraud. Please also change your password regularly, strengthen it (using a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers), and avoid entering your account password on public computers to improve information security.
G.A.TEA wishes you all the best. (165 Anti-Fraud Network)https://165.npa.gov.tw/#/
