 Order related specifications

1. Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed online, cancellations, refunds, or changes to items are not accepted. Please double-check your purchases before checkout.

2. Pickup Process: Each dessert needs to be checked and carefully packaged by the staff on-site. There may be a short wait when picking up your order. Please allow sufficient time. We regret that we cannot accept urgent orders.

3. 預約取貨時間： 4 吋以上蛋糕請於預約時段後準時抵達，建議截圖下單頁面以方便現場核對取貨時間。

5. 天候因素： 若遇颱風等不可抗力因素導致新竹市宣布停班停課，工作室將暫停營業，請透過官方 LINE 聯繫更改取貨日期。

6. 不可抗力因素： 若遇特定頂級原物料短缺（如獲獎茶、特定產區香草莢）或品質未達職人標準，訂單將可能無法成立。

🎂 Dessert Enjoyment and Preservation

1. Please return refrigerated desserts to the refrigerator within 30 minutes of pickup. If the distance is far, it is recommended to bring your own insulated bag.

2. Enjoy immediately: For items such as Santoro Black that require a high degree of crispness, please consume them on the same day you order them.

3. Customization Requirements: For special specifications or bulk orders, please inquire in advance via our official LINE account.

4. Add-on bag: Personal cakes do not come with bags. You are welcome to bring your own reusable bag or add a personal bag to your shopping cart.

📦 Pickup and Delivery Instructions

On-time pickup: To ensure the freshness of desserts, all products are made according to the scheduled time. Please do not arrive early, and we do not accept on-time changes.

On-site verification: Please provide the following information upon collection and confirm the dessert's condition and accessories on-site before leaving:
1. Name of the person who placed the order
2. Last three digits of the phone number
3. Items and Dimensions

Collection by proxy or courier: If someone other than the person collecting the item or if a courier service is scheduled to collect it on their behalf (we strongly recommend scheduling car delivery to reduce the risk of damage), please be sure to provide the verification documents to the person collecting the item on your behalf.

If you do not pick up your order before closing time (7:00 PM) on the day of pickup, it will be considered as a waiver of your right to collect it, and no refund will be issued.

Shipping related:

Cake transportation involves a high degree of risk. G.A.TEA is not responsible for any collisions, tilting, damage, or deformation that occur during the storage and transportation process after the product leaves the studio (including self-carrying, entrusting someone else to pick it up, or third-party delivery). ※
